Leveza Yoga and Yūyam Yoga Props are a female-owned projects based in Lisbon.
Carolina loves to define herself as a Yoga Artisan, because her practice and teachings are constantly interactive with the source. Her yoga is linked to tradition as much as to self-listening and personal creation.
Her practice is an intimate and political act—it's a message of rejection of constant speed, exploitation of our (mother) nature, and reintegration of all forgotten and repressed parts of reality and ourselves.
She began teaching in Paris in 2017, after 5 years of practicing Ashtanga and Vinyasa between Italy, Indonesia and the United States. After teaching in various studios in Milan and Lisbon, she focused on her online project Leveza Yoga, where she offers personal and group online courses and annual retreats to deepen her practices and celebrate her community.

Leveza Yoga was started in Milan in 2018 as a small home studio for private classes and Thai Massage sessions, while teaching group classes of Ashtanga and Vinyasa at Cityzen Milan.
During Covid first lockdown, it became a platform for online classes arrived under the great demand from her students to help them maintaining their practice alive.
2022 is the year of Yūyam Yoga Props, a project started in Lisbon as a way to recover from an accident. Making her own jewellery and japamalas has always been one of her favourite meditative practices. Handwork is known to calm the nervous system and give a great serenity due to the multiple nerves we have in our hands, thus creating tools with minerals for her students became an effective therapy and then work.
