We all love to retreat and travel to beautiful destination to expand our practice thanks to a different environment, new people and cultures while focusing on ourselves. Sometimes it's hard to match the timings of all students, so I've decided to let the students pick their favourite (and possible) time of the year to come visit me in Lisbon and work together on their specific needs during spring or summer weekends.
1 | Schedule and Shala
The Yoga Weekend is an Intensive course designed on you to deepen your practice and enjoy a vibrant and inspiring city. Choose between a 2/3/4-day experience by picking the best flight options, I will create the schedule on your needs. Sessions will take place outdoor or indoor, whether in a beautiful private garden, at the beach or at your place.
2 | Small Groups or One-to-One
Gather your yoga peeps and share this experience all together. Groups con be max of 4 people, better if sharing the same knowledge of the practice.
You can also come on your own and give yourself the great chance to explore everything at your own rhythm, thoroughly present to yourself.
3 | Full Planning or Yoga Program Only
The planning can regard the housing, the food and the activities or places you would like to visit. If you feel confident enough to look for these things on your own, we will only discuss the yoga curriculum.
