Yoga practices, especially dynamic ones, are filled with props to support the form of our bodies.

What about the breath? The subtle work?

 

Stones are here to support also the other bodies: the energetic, the emotional and the collective one. ​

Japamalas, chokers, bracelets, earrings and necklaces are all handmade with natural gemstones and used to support our practice. The Breathmala™ is a gentle reminder of the breath and of the unseen, the energy, in the subtle world that we can consciously interact with.

 

​Stones work on all levels:

​

- Physical Level: Mineral stones are magnets proved to help attract blood cells and separate them to improve the oxygen flow inside our veins.

​

- Energetic Level: They resonate with many energies inside us. They can amplify, cultivate or protect a frequency. Everything is regulated by our emotions and our ability to know and manage them. Stones can cultivate, protect or reduce these states by bringing our awareness to them

​

- Collective Level: The neck and wrists carry deep cultural and archetypal symbolism. They have often been spaces of control and restraint throughout history — places where chains, ropes, and cuffs were imposed to dominate and silence. By consciously adorning these same areas with stones and jewels, we transform them into sites of beauty, freedom, and empowerment. It becomes an act of reclaiming our body, rewriting the narrative from oppression to expression, from bondage to sovereignty.

 

These creations, or "props", are here to remember the choice we make with the practices of yoga: We are explorers of the energetic realm, of our deepest emotions, of our capacity to find everything inside ourselves and connect multiple layers of life.
