
Life Changing Yoga
One-to-one sessions were the traditional way to teach and practice yoga. It's a personal approach based on the specific needs of the practitioner, becoming the most efficient way to get the real meaning of this ancient science. A traditional structure must be embodied in order to have a safe space where we can start to listen and explore ourselves.
In this course I'll create one or more sequences tailored-made for you, based on your emotional and/or physical needs. With these sessions you can:

find support after a YTT to understand how to step in an authentic way into the yoga sector;

understand better the power of the practice by having a personal guidance and deepen some aspects resonating with your current situation;

start a healing path and work on the management of time, energy, feelings, patterns, concentration, etc;

study of yoga styles, philosophy, foundation, history through a comparative look, or focus on one specific practice or subject (dynamic, meditative or both);
-
focus on gentle rehabilitation to movement after operations or trauma.
In any case, it will be about getting to know better the power of your mind, deconstructing and demystifying some beliefs and dogmas, which make us feel very far from this path.
Sessions are constantly co-created. Usually, when we meet I suggest a plan of the lessons, but this plan will be revisited from time to time, first checking on your current emotions, physical state, intellectual needs, curiosity, energy level, etc.
Starting from "scratch" or arriving with a YTT certificate, won't change the approach. In case of beginners, the fundamental aspects (breathing, asanas and the purpose of this combination) will be thoroughly explained. More navigated practitioners as teachers can be supported to find their authentic communication and orientation for their classes, create a personal sequence to offer their students, understand how to improvise sequences while guiding a class, etc.
With the practices of yoga we can become alchemists and start our most authentic personal growth.
Yoga Therapy sessions may vary from 45 min to 1 hour.
