Samskara

This amulet is created around the principle that repeating the same action 21 times is believed to gently dissolve an old pattern or begin a new one.
Repeating an action strengthens neural circuits:
- The brain automates what is repeated
- This automation feels like it’s “subconscious”.
Science says this is procedural memory, not a special “subconscious switch”, but after enough repetition:
- the behavior requires less conscious effort
- it runs on habit loops (cue → routine → reward)
- you stop actively deciding
That’s why people say “it sank into the subconscious”. 
According to classical psychological studies, it takes about 21 days of daily practice to establish a new neural pattern.
Why 21?
21 is also a Fibonacci number (0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, etc), it's a number that we find repeated in nature. Forms of our reality show 21 in their structure. It appears in nature and growth patterns. 
Fibonacci numbers are all about evolving patterns—so 21 can be seen as a “trigger point” for pattern transformation.
संस्कार Saṃskāra
Meaning: mental impressions, latent traces, conditioning. It is the closest concept to the subconscious in Yoga and Vedānta.
Past experiences leave saṃskāras, they shape behavior, reactions, desires. They operate below conscious awareness.
In yoga psychology, your “subconscious” is essentially the field of saṃskāras.
