Returns & Refund

We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the handmade and personal nature of our jewellery, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at levezayoga@gmail.com, including photos of the product and packaging.

 

We will review your case and may offer:

• A replacement (if available), or

• A repair, or

• A refund if no other solution is possible.

Yoga class bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class, please contact us in advance to see if rescheduling is possible.
