Welcome to Leveza Yoga. By accessing or using our website, booking yoga classes, or purchasing jewellery, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. General Information

This website is operated by Carolina Leveza, based in Lisbon, Portugal.

2. Yoga Classes

Bookings for yoga classes (online or in person) must be made in advance via the website or directly through us.

 

Payments for classes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 

We are not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring during classes. By booking, you acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity and you participate at your own risk.

 

Always consult your doctor before starting any new physical activity.

 

3. Jewellery Sales

All jewellery items are handmade and may have slight variations in color, size, or texture.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

No returns or exchanges are accepted, except in cases of damage or defect upon delivery (see Section 4).

 

4. Shipping & Damaged Items

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect information.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at levezayoga@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item. We will work with you to find a solution (replacement, repair, or refund if applicable).

 

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit/Debit card. 

Prices are displayed in Euro and include/exclude VAT depending on your location.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, designs, photos, videos, jewellery designs, class materials) is the intellectual property of Carolina Dina and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

 

7. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages (loss of data, profit, or business opportunities) resulting from the use of our services or products.

 

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Lisbon or your city].
